Why doesn't Tilal Al Khayr accept direct cash donations?+
Because trust is built on clarity. When you buy a specific meal, there is no ambiguity about where the value goes. We earn no margin from your contribution beyond what is needed to operate the platform.
How do I know my contribution was delivered?+
Every order generates a confirmation, a delivery update, and visual proof (photos and often video) shown in your contribution dashboard.
Where do you operate?+
We expand based on need, partner readiness, and verified distribution capacity. Country list will be published at launch.
Can I make a recurring contribution?+
Yes. You can set up monthly contributions for meals, staples, or specific campaigns.
Can I contribute on behalf of someone else (gift)?+
Yes. Use the Gift a Meal feature to send a meal in someone's name with a personalized card.
Is the platform secure?+
All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways. Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share user data.
